The 22-year-old joined Dortmund from Bayern Munich in 2009 and reports have suggested that the club had an €8million buy-back option inserted into his deal, that will become avtive in the summer of 2012.
“Mats Hummels is a player of Borussia Dortmund and he is an important first-team defender for us,” Watzke told the German press.
“We have a contract with him until June 2013 and there is definitely no option or something else included. There is definitely no buy-back option.”
