Ruhr Nachrichten reports that the Bundesliga champions will confirm the €10million sale of Sahin to the Spanish giants at a press conference on Monday.
Sahin has a €10million release clause in his contract with Borussia Dortmund.
The 22-year-old has been a key player for Borussia Dortmund this season.
