Bournemouth agreed a fee for the forward with Charlie Sheringham’s current club Dartford over the weekend.
Sheringham has been training with the League One side this week.
Bournemouth boss Lee Bradbury told the Dartford Messenger: “It looks like we’ve agreed personal terms as well as a fee for him.
“We’ve been tracking him for a little bit and our chief scout’s been watching him as well. It will be (completed) probably on Thursday.
“His finishing was fantastic in training and hopefully he can step up to play in League One and be a good player for us in the future.”
