The Paris St Germain defender says the Brazilian team must not allow criticism to get the better of them, and must handle it better.
“Everyone who works in football is as pressured as we are and so, we need to know how to deal with that,” he said.
“Idols and ‘phenomena’ are only born every 15 years or so. You can’t always have a Ronaldo, a Bebeto or a Romario. We need to know how to deal with these things and listen less. The less we hear, the better for us.”
