The 22-year-old has been linked with the likes of Tottenham, Juventus and Real Madrid.
But Damiao is not keen on leaving Internacional and has ruled out leaving before 2014.
He told Sportv: “I’m glad for the interest and for the enquiries, but the only official offer was made by Tottenham.
“If there are other offers, we’ll talk, but for now I’m not worried.”
He added: “Inter[nacional] give all the best conditions for our work.
“I’m in a great moment right now and I intend to stay at Internacional until 2014 unless there is a good offer that is good for Internacional, not only for me.”
