Brighton are reportedly on the verge of signing Mohammed Kudus from Dutch giants Ajax.
The Athletic reports that an deal has been agreed in principle between Ajax and the Seagulls for the Ghana international.
The deal consists of a club record £34.5million initial fee, with the transfer fee potentially rising to £39million with add-ons.
Brighton are yet to agree on a contract with Kudus.
Kudus has previously been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Arsenal.
The midfielder could be set to replace Moises Caicedo, who is reportedly closing in on a move to Chelsea.
