The Brazilian forward impressed last season for Hull, after joining the club from Manchester City last summer.
Brown told the Hull Daily Mail: “Do I see reason why he won’t be a Hull City player next year? Not unless we get a ridiculous offer.
“Then, like any team, you would have to consider it from a business point of view.
“If we’re bringing in a number of strikers to bolster the chances to score goals, I know for a fact that Geovanni is a good footballer.
“He can be as creative as well as playing a big part with the goals that he scored.
“He was the leading goalscorer last season and unless there were ridiculous bids on the table, then it would be foolish of me to let him go. But the market can be a crazy world so who knows?”
