Bullard joined Hull in a £5million move from Fulham in the January transfer window.
Bullard suffered an season-ending injury just 37 minutes into his debut against West Ham.
“I’ve no clauses in my contract, that’s one thing I don’t like,” he said.
“When I signed, it’s because I want to be a Hull player in the long run.
“It’s a four-and-a-half-year contract and I want to play that for Hull and more.”
