Cahill has impressed at Goodison Park following his move from Millwall in 2004.
He told the Times: “I’m not interested in other clubs.
“Opportunities may arise, but I’m lucky enough to have an agent who only cares about my wellbeing, being fit and playing for my club, which is perfect for me.
“Other managers say now that they wanted me, but he was the one who took a chance on me. The manager and the club have made me what I am.
“We’re desperate to do well in the FA Cup this season.
“It gives us a big opportunity to give something back to the club, to the manager, to the chairman and to the fans, who have been starved of silverware for so long.”
