West Brom had agreed a £1million fee with OB Odense for the 29-year-old, but wanted to reduce the fee after claiming the midfielder had a knee problem.
“I’m really mad at West Brom. They tried to cheat OB and tried to get me cheaper. It is not fair,” the Cameroon international told the News of the World.
“OB had demanded a price that West Bromwich had accepted. But they changed the price. That is not right, especially as it’s a lie that I still have problems after my injury.
“I have been examined by several physicians in Denmark, who have all said it looks good.
“And why would OB send me to England if they knew there was something wrong with me?”
