He said: “We underachieved last season. We had a fantastic opportunity to qualify for Europe and we didn’t take it. We should easily have qualified and I was disappointed we failed.
“Hopefully we can make the step up this season. We’ve made some great signings who I feel can get us to where we want to be.”
