Cannavaro, who is out of contract in the summer, has been linked with a move to Juventus in recent days.
Cannavaro left the club in 2006 after the club was demoted, following their role in the match-fixing scandal.
“Everyone knows that I would return to Juve with joy in my heart because I had two beautiful seasons in Turin,” the World Cup winner told Tuttosport.
“People expected me to stay (in 2006) but I’ve already explained a thousand times what happened. I am not worried. I will definitely talk with the fans.”
