Capello said: “Before as a footballer and then as a coach I have seen places like Milan, Madrid, Rome and Torino.
“I hope that on this last stage I will succeed in winning. After this I will stop. I will finish and inside two years I will retire.”
He added: “I have always Italy in my heart. I feel Italian to my roots, as I’ve said here in Spain. And above all I feel alive as an Italian in a country like this where I can be happy.”
