The club’s vice-president Adriano Galliani confirmed that talks had taken place between the two clubs, possibly involving Giampaolo Pazzini going in the other direction.
“There are negotiations in place, there is no doubt about that, and we will see. As with all negotiations, they can conclude positively or negatively. I will not deny something is stirring. It was Cassano who requested a transfer.”
