Cavani has been linked with big clubs from around Europe, after impressing at Palermo.
Zamparini also commented on Fabio Simplicio’s future at the club.
“Cavani? If they give me €30 million then I will sell him,” Zamparini told the press.
“As for Simplicio, I don’t know about Roma or Milan. He is asking for double what he earns here. If someone gives that to him then he can go,” he concluded.
