The 22-year-old has reportedly signed a four-year contract with Celtic and has secured a work permit to play in Scotland.
Juarez will undergo a medical in Seattle and is set to become Celtic’s fifth signing this summer.
Celtic have already signed Charlie Mulgrew, Joe Ledley, Cha Du-Ri and Daryl Murphy this summer.
