The 30-year-old is set to complete the move to Italy subject to a medical.
A statement on Fiorentina’s official website said: “FC Fiorentina announces that it has reached agreement with Glasgow Celtic for the acquisition of Artur Boruc.
“The negotiations will be completed after the results of the medical.”
