The 37-year-old would even be interested in moving to the Mestalla as an understudy.
“I am in England now and I am with my team, but I cannot deny that if something was to happen then the chance to go to Valencia would be very interesting,” he told AS.
“It is a very attractive place to go with a great team and they have a chance of doing good things in the league and in Europe.
“When you reach a certain age you know that you can perform a different role within a team by contributing your experience and always being ready to play if you are not doing so.”
