Robben has one year left on his current contract with Bayern Munich, but could leave the club for just £10million this summer.
The 28-year-old has admitted he is not happy in Germany at the moment.
Robben said: “I don’t have an ideal situation in Germany.
“I am now considering the options I have and I will get.”
Robben’s team mates and the German media claim the Dutchman is too selfish.
Robben is still friend with former Chelsea team-mates John Terry, Frank Lampard and Petr Cech.
He said: “It was great to play at Wembley and to see many people I know. It was only my second international game for Holland since the World Cup and it was great that this was in London at Wembley.”
Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham are all reportedly interested in signing Robben, according to the Mirror.
