He said: “There was no luck or destiny about when we scored. It was about getting the right reaction.
“If we win the competition it will not be a miracle – and I think we can do it. But I don’t think that this team is better equipped to win than any of the last two years.
“In my first year we reached the semi-finals. In my second we were put out by the eventual champions – Barcelona.
“We’ve been impressive. We’ve already played, and beaten, two teams which have won the competition in the past three years – Barca and Porto. We are in a good position.”
