Lukaku has been linked with a host of clubs from around Europe, but Spanish newspaper Marca reports that the 17-year-old is close to joining Chelsea.
The Blues have reportedly made two offers for the youngster, one last summer and one in the January transfer window.
Chelsea face competition from clubs such as Newcastle and Tottenham for the youngster.
