Chelsea are reportedly lining up a £50million move for Paris Saint-Germain star Marco Verratti.
The Sun reports that Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino is looking to strengthen his midfielder before the transfer window closes, following the departures of Mateo Kovacic, Mason Mount and N’Golo Kante.
French giants PSG are reported to be ready to let the Verratti leave the club this summer, after having spent 11 years at the club.
PSG have rejected two bids from Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal for the 30-year-old Italy international, but it is believed that an £50million bid could convince them to sell.
Verratti has three years left on his current contract with PSG.
