Chelsea aim to beat four clubs to land Red Bull Salzburg’s Bosnian wonderkid Amar Dedic.
The Sun reports that Chelsea have been keeping a close eye on the young right-back ahead of the January transfer window.
Chelsea have sent a scout to watch Dedic in action in several league matches this season, but they face strong competition for the youngster.
Newcastle have also had a scout keeping an eye on the youngster in multiple matches.
The report claims that Arsenal, Barcelona, Inter Milan and Roma are also interested in signing the Bosnian.
The Sun reports that Roma had a £21.5million bid for Dedic rejected last summer, but Jose Mourinho and the club remains interested.
Dedic’s current contract at Red Bull Salzburg is set to expire in the summer of 2027.
