TalkSport reports that a deal that will see Kjaer join the Blues could be finalised on Monday.
Kjaer has long been linked with a move to Chelsea and manager Carlo Ancelotti has been keeping tabs on the defender since his days as AC Milan boss.
Reports claim the 21-year-old could move to Stamford Bridge in a £12.5million deal.
