Andre Villas Boas has struggled with Chelsea this season because despite his tactical gifts and organisation, his players have let him down consistently by making errors.
“He needs time to mould his team,” said Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa, who pins the blame on players who still aren’t over Mourinho’s departure years ago.
“He can’t do that as long as there are players, as I’ve heard, who exchange text messages with Mourinho.”
