Aguero is currently earning £120,000-a-week at Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid are also reportedly reluctant to match his wages.
Chelsea are reportedly ready to pay around £100,000-a-week for the highly-rated striker.
Aguero is available at around £20million this summer.
