The 23-year-old has impressed for Chievo since joining the club from Chateauroux in the summer.
Constant told Radio Monte Carlo: “My agent is in negotiations with Inter and Milan, but up until now there is nothing concrete. I don’t want to get myself excited.
“I don’t want to think about things that might not happen. Both Milan clubs are interested in me. This makes me happy. But I don’t want to put the cart before the horse.
“If the chance were to present itself, I wouldn’t let it pass me by. You can’t refuse Inter or Milan. Anyway, I can’t leave Chievo this winter. I could only sign for another club starting from next summer.”
