Cisse spent last season on loan at Sunderland but failed to earn a permanent deal at the club.
The 27-year-old has been linked with a move to Harry Redknapp’s Tottenham in recent weeks.
“Yeah, honestly, yeah,” Cisse told Sky Sports News when asked if he would be interested in a move to Spurs.
“It is a really good team and a really good stadium and good atmosphere.
“But at the moment it is only talk. When I have more news, I’ll let you know.”
He said of Redknapp: “I have heard a lot of good things about him. It would be good.”
“The only choice I have now is Marseille. So at the moment I am a Marseille player. I hope that I am going to find a club in England,” he added.
