Cisse is currently on loan from Ligue 1 giants Marseille, but wants to make it into a permanent move.
“I can understand why they would try to take me back, but no, to be honest, I want to stay here,” Cisse said in the Daily Star.
“For the moment, I’m good here. I have scored nine goals and my target was 15, which is still possible.
“If I’m offered a contract at the end of the season, why change?”
