Cole has hit the ground running in France and has been pivotal in Lille’s 16 game domestic unbeaten run.
“Here it is different from what I’ve always been asked to do before,” Cole said.
“It takes time to adjust, but it has opened my eyes to the future.
“My team-mates are really good players and really strong technically.”
