Colomba replaced Giuseppe Papadopulo as coach at Bologna on Tuesday.
He continued: “I want to see my squad know what it’s doing and maintaining belief in itself. The result may not have smiled on them at Napoli last week, but I want to see that same spirit.
“I have inherited a squad eager to work hard and ready to come together. We must hit the reset button and wipe out all the negative things of the past, so now we’re starting from scratch.”
