The 19-year-old has impressed Coyle while on trial with the Clarets in recent weeks.
“He’s a young kid with a lot to learn in the game,” Coyle told the Lancashire Telegraph.
“He’s certainly not the finished article but he’s exciting – the type of player that I like. We’ve got a few of them, but I like four or five of them.”
