Crespo joined Genoa after his contract with the Nerazzurri expires at the end of last season.
Crespo will face his former team-mates next week.
“I have fantastic memories of my four seasons spent at Inter, but I also went through difficult periods,” Crespo admitted to the Corriere dello Sport.
“Last season was very tough due to the technical staff’s decisions. Nothing really happened with Mourinho, the coach made his choices and I respected them, even though I didn’t agree with them.”
“It will be a wonderful game between two great teams in front of an amazing crowd,” explained Crespo.
“I am not looking for personal revenge, because I am still fond of Inter. But if I net a goal I will celebrate it, just like I did against Parma.”
