Crespo helped Inter win the Serie A title last season and Chelsea confirmed today that they would not be recalling him.
He told the Inter website: “I’m very happy. Staying at Inter was what I wanted.
“I would like to thank Chelsea first of all for their help, and Inter for confirming their faith in me.”
