The 23-year-old, who has featured for times for Norwich in the Premier League, will stay on loan at Crystal Palace until January.
“Chris needs to get some games, and that’s why I decided it was the right thing to send him out on loan,” said Norwich boss Paul Lambert
“Palace have made a good start under Dougie Freedman this season, and if he does play it will be at a good competitive level, which is important.”
