The former Hammers player confirmed the club want to open talks with him.
Curbishley said in the Daily Express: “West Ham want to talk to me and I would love to know what they have to say – of course I am interested.
“And I suspect we will get together over the next day or so when the dust has settled over Alan Pardew’s sacking.”
