The former Leeds United midfielder is out of favour with Inter and is planning to leave the club in January.
Dacourt told RMC: “I have received offers from England and Italy, not from France. I have to study them.
“For the moment I’m under contract with Inter, but I want to play and have fun. Especially considering my age.
“I was in the starting line-up before Jose Mourinho arrived. He made his decisions. I can only accept them and work on.”
