The 19-year-old joined the Gunners from Brazilian side Sao Paulo for £3.4million last year.
Denilson said: “I feel I have already proved myself in the Carling Cup.
“And I’d like to think my career is not just in the Carling Cup.
“My aim is to get into the first team for the Premier League and the Champions League.
“The competition is very good. What is important to me is playing.
“And, without question, I want to be playing in all the tournaments.”
