The 30-year-old is a free agent and has recently been linked with the likes of Wigan and Doncaster.
But Doncaster chairman John Ryan has now revealed that the striker is set for a move to Anzhi Makhachkala.
Ryan said: “I’ve heard he is going to Russia for a king’s ransom.”
