Dunn told Sky Sports: “I’m a Blackburn fan and always have been so who knows, one day it might happen.
“I would certainly have to consider it. All my family and friends are up there, the most important thing for me is my little girl who lives up in the North and that would make that a lot easier for me to see her.
“Whether that comes sooner or later is down to the two clubs, whichever club it may be.”
