Ake was 15 when he visited Chelsea and the role of agent Dan Kramp of the Forza Fides agency is being scrutinised as Dutch youngsters are not allowed agents until they are 16.
Danny Hesp of the Dutch FA told The Sun: “The rules clearly state that agents can’t do anything with children under 16.
“Yet this agent turns up with a 15-year-old at Chelsea so the FA has got to tackle this issue.”
