Jose Mourinho wants to try and lure the youngster, who enjoyed a superb season with AC Milan last year, to Stamford Bridge, according to the Daily Mirror.
A number of clubs have registered an interest in the player, including Manchester City, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Paris St Germain and Monaco.
