The Netherlands international has failed to make the expected impact at Juventus since joining the club from Hamburg in the summer of 2011.
“Juventus have already told me that I’ll be allowed to leave,” Elia told Eredivisie Live.
“I just want to enjoy playing football again. My agent is taking care of it, and he’ll get in touch once an offer from a club is concrete.”
