Everton boss pleased with win

The Toffees came from behind to win the game and keep the pressure on rivals Liverpool for the important seventh place.

“We had one or two opportunities we didn’t take and one or two bad moments but we got there in the end,” he said.

“We’ve lost two in 22 games so I have to pay credit to how well the players are doing here, they’re doing terrific.

“It’s an all important three points at this stage of the season so we will see how it goes.”

Moyes also took time to heap praise on Fulham and their manager Roy Hodgson.

“I have to pay credit to Roy and his team; they came up and did a great job,” Moyes said.

“But they’ve done it with a lot of teams this season and it’s no surprise that they’ve done so well in Europe.

“I don’t think it’s completely conclusive as to whether it wasn’t our throw, one of the boys may have got a toe to it.”
