The Sun reports that new West Ham boss Sam Allardyce is set to lose to battle to keep Ba at the club, despite offering him a £15,000-a-week pay rise.
The 26-year-old is free to leave the Hammers as he has a get-out clause, following the club’s relegation from the Premier League.
Everton are favourites to sign Ba, but face competition from the likes of Newcastle and Sunderland.
