Moyes is keen to reunite the Neville brothers at Goodison Park, according to News of the World.
Neville has fallen down the pecking order for the right-back slot at United, following the arrival of Brazilian wonderkid Rafael da Silva.
The 34-year-old’s contract with the club will expire at the end of the season and he has still not been offered a new one.
