The 23-year-old joins the Toffees on a season-long loan as a replacement for Yakubu Ayegbeni, who joined Blackburn on transfer deadline day.
A statement on Everton’s official website read: “Everton have signed Argentine striker Denis Stracqualursi on season-long loan.
“The move comes as Yakubu exits Goodison Park to sign a permanent deal with Blackburn Rovers.”
