Reports suggests that Podolski has handed in a transfer request at Bayern Munich and would be interested in a move to the Premier League, according to News of the World.
It is believed a bid of around £10million should be sufficient to land the Germany international.
Reports says Everton will face competition from Manchester City for Podolski in January.
