Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest are keeping tabs on the situation of winger Dani Rodriguez at Barcelona.
The 18-year-old is highly regarded at Camp Nou, but his contract is set to expire at the end of the season, even though the Spaniard have the options to extend the contract for another two years.
Tottenham have also been linked with Rodriguez, but Ontheminute.com understands that Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest are also keeping tabs on his situation.
Barcelona could be tempted to extend the youngster’s contract and then try to cash in on him, due to their financial situation.
The winger’s agent, Pini Zahavi, is expected to have new talks with Barcelona in the coming days.
