Leeds United are considering making a move for Viking defender David Brekalo before the transfer window closes on Friday.
Brekalo has become a key player for Viking and has impressed for Slovenia in recent years leading to interest from a number of clubs around Europe.
Earlier this summer Viking rejected an bid from Turkish side Besiktas, according to Norwegian media outlet Aftenbladet.
Earlier this month the Norwegian side rejected multiple bids from Danish side Midtjylland, the last one being around £4 million.
Luton and Coventry have also shown an interest in the highly-rated defender, who Viking are keen to keep until the end of the season as they fight Bodo Glimt for the Norwegian title.
But our sources claims Leeds United could swoop in with an attempt at signing Brekalo before the transfer window closes on Friday.
